Beyond Insider Threat: Leveraging Data to Make Smarter Security-Based Business Decisions
This year’s Global Insider Threat Summit is all about enabling the business through data.
Enterprises are throwing millions of dollars at cybersecurity. Mindshare is high. Insider threats are a more public issue than ever. But breaches are still happening. This is because too many organizations are unable to answer even basic questions about what’s happening in their networks.
Security teams not only need these answers, but they also need to be asking the right questions. And can only come from understanding how data, machines, applications and people interact with each other.
In this year’s Global Insider Threat Summit, leading security and business experts will come together to discuss what it takes to build a modern data-driven insider threat strategy. Keynote speakers and expert panel discussions will discuss important topics such as:
- How to implement a data-driven security strategy.
- The right questions to ask in order to pinpoint potential threats, or in the immediate wake of an incident.
- How to reduce time-to-resolution from weeks, to days, to hours.
- How consistently maintain and construct audit trails of user behavior.
- Identifying the gaps in your security posture.
- The difference between a mere abundance of data vs. actionable answers, and how to turn the former into the latter.
