Bahman is a successful visionary and a proven hands-on leader with over twenty years of experience in establishing, scaling, and managing world-class organizations, both at start-ups and large enterprises. He possesses a unique blend of operational acumen and deep technical expertise spanning across Cyber Security, Networking, Mobile, Applications, Cloud and Platform Architecture.
As DTEX’s President and CEO, Bahman leverages his entrepreneurial and technology acumen in the areas of cyber security, organizational leadership and software engineering to lead Dtex’s vision, global business operations and growth strategies. Bahman has successfully led DTEX’s evolution through the development and launch of Dtex’s Enterprise DMAP Intelligence Platform, the most complete and highly differentiated platform on the market for next generation insider threat and operational intelligence.
Prior to joining DTEX, he was a founding member, SVP WW Engineering and Security Research and corporate officer at FireEye. There, he led the global product engineering and security research teams until his departure in late 2014 to pursue other interests. His leadership and expertise led to the development of FireEye’s highly differentiated suite of products and services that ultimately led to its successful IPO valued at $8B in 2013.
Before his time at FireEye, Bahman led Engineering at Gemini Mobile Technologies, a mobile messaging and big data leader. Bahman also led Engineering and Client Services with FaceTime who helps organizations stay ahead of risk within their electronic communications. Bahman graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

William (Bill) Ronca is responsible for driving global sales and revenue growth at Dtex. With more than 30 years of global sales experience building world-class and high-producing teams, he has overseen explosive growth in both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. His background spans Big Data, cyber and network security, and business support and intelligence solutions. He leads teams that capitalize on market trends to devise and execute both short and long-term growth strategies.
Having run multiple Global Sales organizations, he has a successful track record in leading complex sales cycles from initiation to post-sales support, generating new, recurring, and return business by reaching key decision-makers. His passion is in solving real problems that have a direct impact on the success of his customers’ business. Most recently, he served as SVP of Worldwide Sales and Strategic Global Accounts at CounterTack, where he drove all sales strategy and execution as well as all international activity. He has also held executive-level leadership positions in a variety of highly successful companies, such as ManTech, Arbor Networks, Oracle, Amdocs, Computer Sciences Corporation, ADC and Interdigital Communications.
He began his career at the Department Of Defense after successfully completing his Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering at Wilkes University.

Jay Manni is a seasoned technology leader with more than twelve years of experience in the Cyber Security Industry, and over 18 years of experience as an engineering leader across various top technology companies. As SVP of Engineering, Jay is responsible for building the Dtex Enterprise DMAP Intelligence Platform from the ground up and bringing innovations in user behavior technology to life.
Prior to his role at Dtex, Jay was a founding engineer and Senior Director of Engineering at FireEye, Inc. There, he managed several facets of product development and was responsible for creation of the core FireEye product portfolio.
Jay has a long history of working with start-up organizations throughout his career, and has a passion for hands-on development in the formative years of new technology and for building successful products and teams from the ground up. He holds more than ten patents in the fields of cyber security, storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure provisioning.

As SVP of Customer Engineering, Raj is responsible for enterprise customer success, managing Dtex installations, services, and implementation at some of the top enterprises in the world. This includes critical tasks such as developing custom architecture for customers’ specific needs, or scaling Dtex across hundreds of thousands of users. Raj as a long history in technological innovation. As a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 15 years of engineering experience, Raj has been awarded patents for his work in R&D (including for Dtex’s unique anonymization features) and has led technical reviews for multi-million dollar industrial automation projects.
As a leader, Raj drives focus to deliver projects from conception to implementation. He believes in fostering learning and knowledge sharing within his team, believes that lifetime learning is integral to innovation.

Jonathan is an entrepreneurial product and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience helping venture-backed start-ups, established private firms and multi-national organizations create market categories, build brands, grow pipelines and book revenue.
As Chief Marketing Officer Jonathan is responsible for leading Dtex’s global brand, communications, and customer acquisition strategies. His track record of success includes helping companies define and lead high-growth technology markets such as Business-critical Application Security (Onapsis), External Threat Intelligence (IntSights), Next-Gen AV and EDR (Carbon Black acquired by VMWare), Business Intelligence (Endeca acquired by Oracle), Middleware and SOA (IONA acquired by Progress Software), and Enterprise Rights Management (Liquid Machines acquired by CheckPoint Software).
At Onapsis and IntSights, JD successfully repositioned the companies as category leaders recognized by Gartner and Forrester in Magic Quadrant and Wave reports while partnering with sales and alliances to double and triple revenues year over year. Prior to IntSights, he led product and solution marketing for Carbon Black, helping to define and launch the market for Endpoint Detection and Response and create the Threat Hunting category that supported the company’s $1.25B IPO in May of 2018.
