We are excited to share that DTEX InTERCEPT was named a Gold Winner in the Insider Threat category for the 2021 Cybersecurity Excellence Product/Service Awards – an industry awards program that recognizes innovative and leading companies and executives across every area of security. This achievement is a testament to the hard work our team continues to put in to overdeliver for our customers and drive business value as an integral part of leading organizations’ security programs.
As organizations continue with remote work policies and prepare for hybrid work, it has never been more important for them to have visibility into their workforce’s behavior to thwart insider threats and mitigate preventable risks. DTEX’s Workforce Cyber Security platform, DTEX InTERCEPT , brings together the capabilities of user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA), endpoint data loss prevention (DLP), digital forensics and insider threat management in one platform to empower customers to better understand and protect their people, prevent data and IP loss, and enable their businesses.
This honor comes on the heels of significant company momentum, as 2020 was truly a banner year for our team and 2021 is shaping up to be an even more successful one. In 2020, we achieved an incredible 300% growth in revenue, enjoyed a 97% customer retention rate, and raised $17.5M in funding to continue to drive platform innovation and expand our team to meet the increasing market demand for Workforce Cyber Intelligence.
We have carried this momentum into 2021 by staying laser focused on delivering value for our customers. In February, we released our enhanced Workforce Cyber Intelligence platform, DTEX InTERCEPT 6.5, to bring customers beyond the capabilities of legacy DLP solutions, and in March, we announced that we have expanded our technology’s ability to monitor and protect organizations’ server infrastructures.
Most recently, we unveiled DTEX InTERCEPT for Critical Infrastructure Entities – a solution specifically created to address the user activity monitoring (UAM) requirements of public and private oil and gas, electric, water, telecommunications and healthcare organizations with headquarters in the Five Eyes countries. As part of this, we are offering free insider threat assessments to entities with headquarters in these regions to help them better understand the scope of this pervasive security problem.
Overall, it has truly been an incredible start to the year, and we look forward to sharing more exciting updates and milestones with you as we have them.
A huge THANK YOU again to our amazing team, customers and partners for their continued support. We’re ecstatic to have the opportunity to build on this momentum throughout the balance of 2021 and beyond.
